R. v. A.W. – North Vancouver Provincial Court

Charges: Assault x2 (domestic).

Issue: Whether it was in the public interest to proceed with the charges after our client successfully completed counselling and successfully complied with amended release conditions.

Result: Mr. Gauthier was able to persuade Crown counsel to enter stays of proceedings on both charges. No criminal record.
