Charge: Fraud/Theft Over $5000. Issue: Whether Mr. Mines’ client would be sentenced to jail for this $150,000 investment fraud matter. Result: Breach of trust notwithstanding, the Court agreed with our sentencing submission and imposed a 12 month conditional sentence. No jail.
